La Cadena Drive Colton, CA 92324 AMENDMENT TO NOTICE OF SPECIAL TAX LIEN CITY OF COLTON Community Facilities District No. 90-1 (Mount Vernon Corridor) Pursuant to the requirements of Section 3117.5 of the Streets and Highways Code of California and the Mello -Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982, as amended, section 53311, et. seq., of the California Government Code (the "Act"), the undersigned City Clerk of the City of Colton (the "City"), County of San Bernardino, State of California, hereby gives notice that a lien to secure payment of a special tax which the City is authorized to levy, is hereby continued to be imposed on the property described herein. The special tax secured by this lien is authorized to be levied for the purpose of paying principal and interest on bonds, the proceeds of which are being used to finance the acquisition and construction of public facilities as set forth in that certain Notice of Special Tax Lien heretofore recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Bernardino, State of California on November 21, 1990 at the hour of 3:07 o'clock p.m. as Document No. 90-464588, to which recorded Notice of Special Tax Lien reference is hereby made and the provisions of which are hereby incorporated by this reference. This Amendment To Notice of Special Tax Lien amends the previously recorded Notice of Special Tax Lien to change the Rate and Method of Apportionment of Special Tax pursuant to Resolution R-20-99, A Resolution of Alteration of Rate and Method of Apportionment of Special Taxes and Submitting Same to Qualified Electors, adopted by the City Council of the City on March 2, 1999. The Rate and Method of Apportionment of Special Tax as so altered is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated by this reference. Reference is made to the boundary map of the Community Facilities District recorded on October 15, 1990 in Book 61 of Maps of Assessment and Community Facilities Districts, at Page(s) 25 and 26, and as Instrument No. 90-409124, in the office of the County Recorder for the County of San Bernardino, State of California, which map is the final boundary map of the Community Facilities District.
