(Ord. 0-15-95 § 1 (part), 1995) <br />536.020 Permit—Application. <br />Any person who desires to conduct, maintain, or own <br />in the city, a billiard room or poolroom, with over two <br />pool tables (three or more), shall make application there- <br />for in writing for a conditional use permit to the city. <br />Such application shall be made on a form prescribed by <br />the city. (Ord 0-15-95 § 1 (part), 1995) <br />536.030 Persons under fourteen—Allowing <br />on premises prohibited—Exception. <br />It is unlawful for any owner, manager, or other person <br />in charge of any pool or billiard establishment in the city, <br />either by himself or through an agent, clerk, or employee, <br />to permit or allow any penton under the age of fourteen <br />years (unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian) <br />to visit or play any game therein. (Ord. 0-15-95 § I <br />(part), 1995) <br />
