Entrance: (a) All patrons entering the premises will be subject to search for contraband and or weapons. Any such items are prohibited and any patrons found with these such items will not be permitted to enter the Club. (b) The following restrictions on patron's dress will be required during the operation of the Club (from Spm until closing). The restrictions are as follows: no gang attire, long shorts, hats, bandannas, tank tops, plain white tee shirts, sleeveless shirts, letter belts, baggy pants, pants that are excessively worn, tom or dirty, sports attire, sandals or sandal -type shoes, thongs or slippers. Patrons found in improper attire will not be permitted to enter. (c) The following is a list of additional items that will not be permitted to enter the club: Cell -phones, cameras and flyer ads. (d) Valid legal identification is required to enter the club. Valid identification can be any of the following: State valid driver's license, valid State identification card, valid Military identification card, or valid Passport. (e) Any identification that appears to be the identification of another individual or invalid in some way will not be permitted to enter the Club. (f) No patrons requesting to enter the Club who appear to be under the influence or any minor that appears to have been drinking will not be permitted to enter. (g) Upon entering the Club, all patrons will be stamped as follows: (1) Patrons over the age of 21 will be stamped on the top of their right hand with a permanent fluorescent fast drying ink (yellow). (2) Patrons over the age of 18 but under the age of 21 will be marked with a "X" on the top of both their right and left hands with black permanent marker. In addition to the black "X", a blue/white permanent fluorescent fast drying ink will be applied to the top of both hands, next to the black "X's". (3) Anyone found tampering or defacing such marks will be ejected from the premises immediately and their identification will be recorded in the security log. (4) Any patrons leaving the premises and wanting to return will be stamped with a re-entry stamp. Re-entry is limited to patrons over 21 only. Patrons under 21 will not be permitted to leave and rentrrt. (S) Any pentons aiding a minor with identification for the purpose of entering to consume alcohol will not be permitted to enter. (6) Door personnel are required to fill -out a daily entrance report at the end of each day. (7) Security personnel are directed to fill -out a security identification report when any conflicts or incidents that occur. (8).Security personnel stationed at the entrance of the Club are to maintain a count of patrons entering and exiting the premises at all times.
