Resolution to approve the sale of Blue Mountain Terrace Apartments <br />Page 2 <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />UDR has agreed to pay the City's legal expenses with regard to necessary changes to the <br />legal documents and for staff time involved. The fee for staff time is $2,500 and legal <br />expenses are estimated to be about $5,000.
