4. Pursuant to Section 53326 of the Act, the election shall be conducted by,mail ballot <br />under Section 1340 of the California Elections Code. This Council hereby determines that paragraphs <br />(a), (b), (c)(1), and (c)(3) of said Section 1340 are applicable to this election. <br />5. The Council hereby calls a special election to consider the measure described in the <br />ballot referred to in paragraph 8 below, which election shall be held on June 1, 1999 in the regular <br />meeting place of this City Council, City Council Chambers, 650 N. La Cadena Drive, Colton, California <br />92324 <br />6. The City Clerk is hereby appointed as the electi I on official to conduct the election and <br />cause to be provided to each landowner(s) in the CFD, a ballot in the form of Exhibit A hereto, which <br />form is hereby approved. <br />7.
