City of Colton <br />Agenda Report <br />Council Meeting of March 2, 1999 <br />Page 2 <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />The annual fees for the consulting services outlined in the attached agreement are <br />distributed to each CFD commensurate with the amount of work required to administer <br />each CFD. Thus a portion of the fees are spread to each CFD. Cost for Fiscal Year <br />1999/2000 is $19,040 plus expenses not to exceed $1,500. Costs for Fiscal Years <br />2000/2001 and 2001/2002 are $19,609 plus expenses not to exceed $1,500. Total <br />three-year cost is estimated to be ($19,040+ $19,609+ $19,609) = $58,258 plus <br />expenses not to exceed ($1,500+ $1,500 + $1,500) = $4,500. There is no General <br />Fund impact. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />On February 1, 1999, the CFD Commission voted 6-0 to recommend to the City Council <br />the approval of the Community Facilities District Administration (CFD) Consultant <br />Services Agreement between the City of Colton and Scott Associates for a three-year <br />term. Staff concurs with the CFD Commission and recommends approval of the <br />attached agreement for a three-year term. <br />Attachments <br />
