1 Section 8. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date of the adoption and <br />2 prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from, the passage thereof, shall be published by the City Clerk at <br />3 least once in a local newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the City of Colton, and <br />4 henceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect. <br />5 APPROVED AND ADOPTED this day of —1999. <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 KARL E.
