As you know, this block is adjacent to the i -lo <br />Freeway and is a focal point for the City of Colton. As such, it is our primary goal that <br />the renewal of the property result in a first class and architecturally appealing center. <br />As we have discussed with you, we are very pleased that the City of Colton is eager to <br />support and assist us in the upgrading of the City block which serves as the gateway to the <br />City's Downtown. <br />It is apparent to everyone that this is a major undertaking that will serve to promote the <br />overall improvement of the Downtown in addition to enhancing the successes of the <br />various businesses located on the property.
