La Cadena Dr. <br />Colton, CA 92324 <br />Dear Honorable Mayor and Council Members <br />On February 4, 1999, we were granted permission to have a 4 day <br />Health Fair and Carnival at the Plaza Las Glorias, in the City of <br />Colton,_ unfortunately the week of the Fair, it rained all four <br />days (Thursday through Sunday). <br />For us it was a sad four days as all Medical Professionals had to <br />cancel, which included Kaiser Permanente, University of Cal. <br />Nutrition Program, California Highway Patrol Inland Division <br />and Medical Professionals from the Colton -area. <br />We would like to try again the dates would be June 3-6, 1999. <br />We will provide.Liability Insurance, Security, and Fencing, <br />the event will benefit the Plaza and the community. <br />_Hours: Thursday June 3, 1999 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. <br />Friday June 4, 1999 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. <br />Saturday June 5, 1999 12:00 noon to 10:00 p.m. <br />Sunday June 6, 1999 12:00 noon to 10:00 p.m., <br />I hope you will consider how important this Fair means to us <br />and how it will benefit the Community. <br />Thank you for your consideration. <br />Erma Or _o <br />L.O.
