CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF November 2,1999 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor & City C uncil <br />APPROVAL: Henry Garcia, City Manage <br />FROM: Dennis Morris, Human Resource Director ° 9 <br />SUBJECT: Consideration of a claim against the City submitted by Olegario Ruiz. <br />Recommend Denial <br />DATE: October 20,1999 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />In accordance with the procedures adopted to insure proper and efficient handling of Liability <br />Claims against the City of Colton, the attached report has been received from the City's Liability <br />Claims Administrator. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />A claimant has filed a claim against the City.
