We provide <br />an alternative to door to door Trick or Treating and provide a safe environment for the <br />youth of our community <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Since the park is maintained by the Neighborhood Services Division, there will be <br />minimal impact on staff hours. Our Annual event is free to the Community. There will <br />be a financial impact to the General Fund Account NO. 100-6200-6202-1040, and any <br />staff time expended will be covered from the existing 1999/2000 budget. <br />CUSTOMER SERVICE IMPACT: <br />Fleming Park is an ideal setting for this special event, it located in the center of town <br />making accessible for the citizens of our Community. We provide games, <br />entertainment, and lots of candy to our children.
