For purposes of this subsection, each consecutive four-hour <br />period shall be considered a separate violation. <br />(c) This section shall not apply to: <br />1. The parking of recreational vehicles, including travel trailers and <br />motorhomes. <br />2. Any vehicle makirig pickups or deliveries of goods, wares or <br />merchandise from or to any building or structure located on a restricted <br />street, or for the purpose of delivering materials to be used in the actual bona <br />fide repair, alteration, remodeling or construction of any building or structure <br />upon restricted streets for which a building permit has been previously <br />obtained. <br />3. Any vehicle owned by a public utility while necessarily in use in the <br />construction, installation or repair of any public utility. <br />4. Any vehicle owned by the City, County or State or a licensed <br />contractor on their behalf, engaged in the installation, maintenance or repair <br />of any public property, utility or highway. <br />5. Any authorized emergency vehicle as defined by the California <br />Vehicle Code.' <br />SECTION 2: Section 10.04.107 is hereby added to the Colton Municipal Code <br />to read as follows: <br />'10.04.107 Section 12.3 of Article MI amended -- Truck Routes. <br />
