I Application at which time all persons wishing to testify in connection with the <br />2 <br />3 Application were heard and the Application was fully examined; and <br />4 WHEREAS, all other legal prerequisites to the adoption of this <br />5 Ordinance have occurred; <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN AS <br />9 FOLLOWS: <br />10 SECTION 1. Based on the entire record before the City Council, all <br />11 written and oral evidence presented to the City Council, and the findings set forth <br />12 <br />13 in this Ordinance, the City Council of the City of Colton hereby designates the <br />14 Subject Site as within the R-1/PC (Single Family Residential -Planned Community) <br />15 zoning district as defined in Title 18, Chapter 32 of the Colton Municipal Code. <br />16 SECTION 2. Based on the entire record before the City Council and <br />17 <br />18 all written and oral evidence presented, the City Council finds the Zone Change is <br />19 consistent with the General Plan of the City of Colton because designation of the <br />20 Subject Site within the R-1/PC (Single Family Residential -Planned Community) <br />21 zoning district provides for land uses compatible with the proposed "Residential" <br />22 <br />23 <br />land use classification for the Subject Site, adopted pursuant to Ordinance No. 0- <br />24 14-92. <br />25 SECTION 3. Based on the entire record before the City Council and <br />26 all written and oral evidence presented, the City Council finds the Zone Change is <br />27 <br />28 consistent with the City of Colton General Plan ("General Plan"), and will <br />systematically implement the goals and objectives of the General Plan.
