I Application at which time all persons wishing to testify in connection with the 2 3 Application were heard and the Application was fully examined; and 4 WHEREAS, all other legal prerequisites to the adoption of this 5 Ordinance have occurred; 6 7 8 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN AS 9 FOLLOWS: 10 SECTION 1. Based on the entire record before the City Council, all 11 written and oral evidence presented to the City Council, and the findings set forth 12 13 in this Ordinance, the City Council of the City of Colton hereby designates the 14 Subject Site as within the R-1/PC (Single Family Residential -Planned Community) 15 zoning district as defined in Title 18, Chapter 32 of the Colton Municipal Code. 16 SECTION 2. Based on the entire record before the City Council and 17 18 all written and oral evidence presented, the City Council finds the Zone Change is 19 consistent with the General Plan of the City of Colton because designation of the 20 Subject Site within the R-1/PC (Single Family Residential -Planned Community) 21 zoning district provides for land uses compatible with the proposed "Residential" 22 23 land use classification for the Subject Site, adopted pursuant to Ordinance No. 0- 24 14-92. 25 SECTION 3. Based on the entire record before the City Council and 26 all written and oral evidence presented, the City Council finds the Zone Change is 27 28 consistent with the City of Colton General Plan ("General Plan"), and will systematically implement the goals and objectives of the General Plan.
