CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF September 21,1999 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor & City Council <br />APPROVAL: Henry Garcia, City Manager <br />q--��� <br />FROM: Dennis Morris, Human Resource Director <br />SUBJECT: Approve And Adopt A Consolidated Part -Time Salary Resolution <br />DATE: September 13, 1999 <br />BACKGROUND: Over the last several years there have been a number of compensation adjustments <br />approved by the City Council for part-time employees. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: The attached salary resolution consolidates all of the salary changes into one (1) <br />comprehensive pad -time salary resolution, with all salary ranges that are currently in effect as of September 21, <br />1999. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: The financial impact of the consolidated part-time salary resolution was already <br />discussed when the changes were approved by the City Council, adequate funds for the original decision were <br />budgeted in the salary and benefit accounts of each affected department for the next two (2) fiscal years. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the attached pad -time salary <br />resolution consolidating/updating the salary ranges effective September 21, 1999. <br />Prepared by: <br />Attachment: <br />Judith Glithero <br />Resolution (1) <br />Agenda 082199 cwnsol PT salary Item #12 <br />
