One item remaining is the amendment to the <br />City's existing stormwater ordinance thereby insuring compliance and consistency with the current laws, <br />rules and regulations regarding stormwater discharges. <br />The Utility, Community Development and Public Works departments reviewed the suggested changes to <br />this ordinance. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT <br />There are no financial impacts associated with amending the existing ordinance. This amendment does <br />not change the formula for the fee calculations or the amount of the fee collected on the tax rolls. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There are no environmental impacts associated with amending the existing ordinance. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Adopt Ordinance No. 0-04-00 amending various sections of Ordinance No. 0-20-96 and Ordinance No. 0- <br />17-93 of Chapter 14 to the Municipal Code of the City of Colton relating to the regulations of Stormwater <br />Discharges. <br />Enclosures: Ordinance No.: <br />Copy of Chapter 14(Suggested Changes only) <br />
