R-01-00 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA ORDERING THE <br />ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF HANNA STREET <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the Ciy of Colton having elected to proceed under the <br />provisions of Section 8300 et seq. of the Streets and Highway Code of the State of California, <br />and having held a Public Hearing as provided therein, hereby finds from all the evidence <br />submitted that all that portion of Hanna Street as shown by legal description as follows: <br />See attached Exhibit "A" <br />Said portion of Hanna Street is unnecessary for present or prospective public street purposes <br />and the public interest and convenience requires the closing of that portion of said street, with <br />the City reserving all utility easements. <br />Section 2. Accordingly, the City Council of the City of Colton hereby orders the vacation <br />of Hanna Street. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, this day of '2000. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
