City of Cotton <br />Agenda Report <br />Council Meeting of January 4, 2000 <br />Page 2 <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />The amount of the attached proposal for Engineering Services for the Center Street <br />Extension project is $34,856, and is funded from the bond proceeds in our water <br />improvement project. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council waive the formal bidding procedure on the <br />engineering services portion of the Center Street project and engage the engineering <br />services of W.J.
