Prepare drainage study. <br />2. Design and draft street improvement plans for Center Street extension. <br />3. Prepare preliminary drainage plan for offisite drainage to south. <br />Note: This proposal does not include any construction plans or right of <br />way descriptions and plats for future drainage improvements that may <br />be required within the City of Riverside. <br />4.
