Hutton, Public Works Directo <br />Ll, <br />SUBJECT: Request extension of time for Street Closure of Agua Mansa Road <br />DATE: December 22, 1999 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />At the December 7, 1999 council meeting, the City Council authorized the closure of Agua Mansa Road for <br />construction purposes. That action approved the road closure during the dates of December 1, 1999 through <br />December 31,1999. <br />The exact dates for this construction project were indefinite at the time of the preparation of the agenda <br />report for that action. The contractor has since submitted a revised schedule for the construction project. <br />The schedule has been adjusted to start construction on December 16,1999 and end on January 16,2000. It <br />is possible that further schedule modifications may be required due to weather conditions. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that council authorize the time extension for the closure of Agua Mansa Road during the <br />hours of 4:30 PM until 6:30 am. <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />Attachments: <br />None <br />Item #16 <br />
