1 SECTION V: That said premises will be abated by the contractor selected by the City of <br />2 Colton, as directed by the Fire Chief and in a manner approved by him. <br />3 SECTION VI: That an administrative fee of seventy-five Dollars ($75.00) per parcel <br />4 shall be charged. <br />5 SECTION VII: That upon the conclusion of the Abatement Program, all contractor <br />6 <br />fees, plus the administrative fee charged to those parcels requiring work and not collected <br />7 <br />8 through the normal billing process will be placed on the San Bernardino County Tax Rolls for <br />9 collection. <br />10 SECTION VIII: That a list of possible parcels to be abated are on file with the City <br />11 Clerk. <br />12 SECTION IX: That objections to such proposed removal of weeds, rubbish, refuse and <br />13 dirt and the charges therefore, will be heard by the City Council at 6:00 P.M., March 21, 2000 in <br />14 <br />the City of Colton Council Chambers. <br />15 <br />16 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March, 2000. <br />17 <br />18 <br />Deirdre H.
