vi. INSURANCE: The City of Colton shall maintain in full force and effect, during the term of this Agreement, insurance against liability with at least $1,000,000 combined single limits for bodily injury and property damage. The District, on behalf of its insurance company, waives any right of subrogation that it may have against the City, if such waiver of subrogation is available. The City will furnish to the District, prior to commencement of activities, certified copies of all policies and endorsements. The District shall maintain liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 combined single limits for property damage and bodily injury, with the City named as additional named insured. District will furnish to the City, prior to commencement of activities, a certificate evidencing such coverage. VII. TERMINATION: This Agreement may be terminated by either party without cause, by giving thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other party. VIII.
