vi. INSURANCE: <br />The City of Colton shall maintain in full force and effect, during the term of this <br />Agreement, insurance against liability with at least $1,000,000 combined single limits for <br />bodily injury and property damage. The District, on behalf of its insurance company, <br />waives any right of subrogation that it may have against the City, if such waiver of <br />subrogation is available. The City will furnish to the District, prior to commencement of <br />activities, certified copies of all policies and endorsements. The District shall maintain <br />liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 combined single limits for property damage <br />and bodily injury, with the City named as additional named insured. District will furnish to <br />the City, prior to commencement of activities, a certificate evidencing such coverage. <br />VII. TERMINATION: <br />This Agreement may be terminated by either party without cause, by giving thirty (30) <br />days prior written notice to the other party. <br />VIII.
