Section 2 <br />71 <br />Section 3 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />17 <br />18 Section 4 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />Section 5 <br />Section 6 <br />land within the District boundary, and to levy and collect assessments on all <br />such land to pay the annual costs of the improvements. <br />Description of Improvements and Any Subs[antial Chan¢es Proposed• The <br />improvements within the District include: turf, ground cover, street trees, <br />irrigation systems, perimeter landscaping, slopes, open space, lighting <br />systems and all necessary appurtenances. The Engineer's Aunual Levy <br />Report as ordered by previous Resolution provides a description of all <br />improvements and any or all substantial changes to the improvements <br />within the District. <br />Boundaries and DesiQnation: The boundaries of the District are described as <br />the boundaries previously defined in the formation documents of the <br />original District. The District includes five (5) Benefit Zones: Cooley Ranch <br />(Zone 1); La Loma Hills (Zone 3); Old Colton (Zone 4); Reche Canyon <br />(Zone 5); and West Valley (Zone 8). The District is designated as "Colton <br />Landscape and Lighting Maintenance Assessment District No. 1." <br />Proposed Assessment Amounts: The proposed assessments for Fiscal Year <br />2000/2001 aze within the maximum assessments previously approved by the <br />property owners within each Zone and the proposed assessments for all <br />Zones aze outlined in the Engineer's Annual Levy Report. <br />Public Hearin¢: The City Council hereby declares its intention to conduct <br />an annual Public Hearing concerning the levy of assessments for the District <br />in accordance with Chapter 3, Section 22626 of the Act. <br />Notice: The City Clerk shall give notice of the time and place of the Public <br />Hearing by causing the publishing of this Resolution in a newspaper of <br />Page 2 <br />
