Page 2 of 2 <br />City Council Agenda December 4, 2001, Street Vacation <br />November 20, 2001 <br />Environmental Impact: <br />The proposed vacation of that portion of Eucalyptus Avenue south of Valley Boulevard is <br />exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") pursuant to <br />Section 15301(c) of the CEQA Guidelines because it involves the minor alteration of an existing <br />street. The proposed development of the auto dealership (DCVS-76-01) was reviewed by the <br />City Community Development Department Planning Commission. A mitigated negative <br />declaration was prepared and the Planning Commission conditionally approved the project by <br />on October 9, 2001. A Notice of Determination on the project was then filed at the County of <br />San Bernardino on October 15, 2001.
