Other Acts. The Mayor, Mayor Pro Tem, city Manager, Treasurer, C <br />Clerk and other City officers are hereby authorized and directed, jointly and severally, to do a <br />and all things, to execute and deliver any and all documents, which in consultation with the C <br />Attorney, may be deemed necessary or advisable in order to consummate the lease financing <br />the Project, or otherwise to effectuate the purposes of this Resolution, and any such actic <br />previously taken by such officers are hereby ratified and confirmed. <br />Section 8.
