2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />Item #2 <br />ORDINANCENO 0-19-01 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE COLTON <br />AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AND THE BOARD <br />OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE CALIFORNIA PUBLIC <br />EMPLOYEES'RETIREMENT SYSTEM <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. That an amendment to the contract between the City Council of the City of <br />and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System is hereby <br />authorized, a copy of said amendment being attached hereto, marked "Exhibit" and by such reference <br />10 <br />made a part hereof as though herein set out in full. <br />11 <br />12 SECTION 2: The Mayor of the City Council is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to <br />13 execute said amendment for and on behalf of said Agency. <br />14 SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption, and <br />15 prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published at least twice in <br />16 San Bernardino County's THE SUN, a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the <br />171 City of Colton and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect. <br />21 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this _day of <br />iTTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
