R-106-01 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AMENDING <br />RESOLUTION R-22-99 TO THE FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />PROGRAM AND TWENTY-YEAR TRANSPORTATION PLAN. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution No. R-22-99, based on good faith <br />adopted the Five -Year Capital Improvement Program and Twenty -Year Transportation Plan. <br />WHEREAS the City Council is now aware of "a mistake of fact" in that the City <br />expenditures from the Measure I fund for project not shown on the Five -Year Ca <br />Improvement Plan. Measure I requires that all expenditures of Measure I revenue be be <br />upon the Five -Year Capital Improvement Plan. The City Council wishes to amend <br />Resolution No. R-22-99 to be in compliance with Measure I requirements by adding the <br />199/2000 Pavement Rehabilitation Program, in the amount of $102,503 to the Measure I F <br />Year Capital Improvement Program and Twenty -Year Transportation Plan, Exhibit A. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />resolves as follows, the local project, FY 1999/2000 Pavement Rehabilitation Phase 1, <br />included in the Measure I Five -Year Capital Improvement Program, Exhibit A. It is fur <br />resolved that this amendment is effective on adoption and amends and supercedes Resolu <br />R-22-99 where inconsistent therewith. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, this 61h day of November 2001. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
