Page 2 of 2 <br />Colton Utility Authority November 6, 2001 <br />October 22, 2001 <br />Cities of Colton and San Bernardino to complete the transfer of all interests by approving the <br />assignment of the Off -Site Improvement Agreement from SAWPA to the RD( JPA. <br />FINANCIAL IM <br />The Cities share the expense of the RD( on a percentage basis. The City of Colton's share is <br />twenty percent (20%). The City of San Bernardino's share is eighty percent (80%). <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IM <br />There are no environmental impacts associated with the assignment of this Agreement. <br />Staff recommends that the Colton Utility Authority approve the Assignment of the Agreement to <br />Construct Off -Site Improvements at the RD( Facility from SAWPA to the RD( JPA. <br />KAK:U <br />REVIEW TEAM ONLY <br />City Attorney.
