CUA 2001-1 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />AMENDING SECTION 13.16.025 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL <br />CODE TO INCREASE WASTEWATER SEWER SERVICE CHARGES <br />THE COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: Section 13.16.025 of the Colton Municipal Code is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br />13.16.025 Wastewater sewer service charges. <br />Wastewater sewer service charges shall be as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached to the <br />ordinance codified in this chapter and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />SECTION 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and cause <br />same or a summary thereof to be published within fifteen (15) days after adoption in a <br />newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in Colton, California and the <br />Ordinance shall take effect on December 20, 2001. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this day of November, 2001. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
