1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />171 <br />1 <br />211 <br />ORDINANCE NO 0-19-01 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE COLTON <br />AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AND THE BOARD <br />OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE CALIFORNIA PUBLIC <br />EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. That an amendment to the contract between the City Council of the City of <br />and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System is hereby <br />a copy of said amendment being attached hereto, marked "Exhibit" and by such reference <br />e a part hereof as though herein set out in full. <br />SECTION 2: The Mayor of the City Council is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to <br />ute said amendment for and on behalf of said Agency. <br />SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption, and <br />r to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published at least twice in <br />Bernardino County's THE SUN, a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the <br />of Colton and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this day of <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
