For the City Council Meeting of September 4 2001 <br />SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF ALLIANCE-COLTON (COLTON POWER LP) INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT OF POWER <br />GENERATION AT DREWS AND CENTURY SUBSTATIONS <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />Alliance Power will be responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local environmental requirements <br />and cleanup.
