REQUIREMENT Repairs and Upgrades
Uniforms look fantastic when they are new, but how do they look after a year or two? This is a
common concern for the uniform wearer. At CINTAS, we have systems in place that insure proper
repairs and upgrades. Consider the following:
Our drivers are trained an average of two years before being assigned a route. This training
insures that garments tagged for repair will be attended to properly.
Every garment goes through an 11 -Step Inspection Process after washing.
Over 80% of the repairs we do are done without a customer request.
CINTAS always upgrades, free of charge, on an "as needed" basis.
CINTAS provides a patented inspection system (PAMI/SAMI).
CINTAS provides bilingual repair tags for all needed requests.
Having a system for repairs is important to any uniform program. CINTAS provides a unique
process for handling all of your repair and upgrade requirements. Our goal is to do 90% of repairs
before being asked!
CINTAS MEANS SERVICE
