However, as the commission has yet to re -hear a <br />portion of that application as it was directed back to staff for further review, I hereby request that <br />you continue our appeal until after the April 9, 2002 Planning Commission hearing. <br />The Commission decision on April 9, 2002 will determine what portion, if any, of the <br />matter will need to be addressed by the City Council.
