The project was advertised in the local paper on February <br />February 21, 2002• Bid packages were sent to nine prospective bidders. Bid opening was held on March <br />5, 2002, at 3:30 P.M. <br />Four bids were received and evaluated. All vendors submitted the required bid security and all bids meet <br />specifications.
