APPROVED BY <br />CITY ��QUf�CIL <br />Date �� <br />Item #�_ <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />CONTRACT FOR <br />PAINTING OF ELECTRIC SUBSTATION EQUIPMENT <br />PARTIES AND DATE. <br />(�'i <br />This Contract is made and entered into this day of �, 2002, by and between the <br />Ciry of Colton (hereinafter referred to as "City") and Kenny Industrial Services, LLC., located at <br />141 I W.Gaylord Street, Long Beach, CA 90813, (hereinafter referred to as °Contractor"). <br />2. RECITALS. <br />2.1 The City is a municipal organization organized under the laws of the State of <br />Califomia, with power to contract for services necessary to achieve its purpose; <br />2.2 Contractor, in response to a Notice Inviting Bid issued by City on February 7, <br />2002, has submitted a bid for the painting of high voltage electric substation equipment project <br />described in the Contract. <br />23 City has duly opened and considered the Contractor's proposal, and duly awarded <br />the contract to Contractor in accordance with the Request For Proposal and the other Contract <br />Documents, and has given written notice to Contractor on April 3, 2002. <br />2.4 Contractor has obtained, and delivers concurrently herewith, Performance and <br />Payment Bonds and evidences of insurance coverage as required by the Contract. <br />3. TE�s. <br />3.1 Incorooration of Documents. <br />This Contract includes and hereby incorporates in full by reference the following <br />documents, including all exhibits, drawings, specifications and documents therein, and <br />attachments and addenda thereto: <br />a.
