Public Bidding of a Public Works Project. CEQA will be addressed when the construction of the <br />projects is put out or competitive bid. <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />The Consultant's fees will be charged to the various CDBG Projects, which have already been <br />approved by Council for allocations of funds.
