(4) Are not used upon 8 1 7th g`n and 10th Streets between "I" and "G" Streets <br />and upon "I" "G" and "H" Streets between 6th and 10th Streets. <br />This Ordinance would repeal provisions (3) and (4) and amend provisions (1) and <br />(2) as follows: <br />(1) Do not come within 300 feet of any hospital, place of worship or school <br />that is in session; <br />(2) Are not used between the hours of 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. <br />The changes to provisions (1) and (2) are consistent with the law regarding <br />permissible regulations for sound vehicles on public streets. <br />ALTERNATIVES: <br />1. Adopt Ordinance No.O- l l ozamending Chapter 10.16 of the Colton Municipal <br />Code. <br />2.
