The proposed agreement with ACS is for a term of three (3) years, beginning with Fiscal <br />Year 2002-2003, not to exceed $15,000 per year, for a grand total of $45,000 for the entire <br />agreement. <br />ALTERNATIVES: <br />Deny approval of the agreement for consultant services for the preservation of <br />historic landmarks. <br />Take no action. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Payment of services under the proposed agreement for Fiscal Year 2002-2003 will be <br />funded through Capital Improvement Account number 100-1000-1190-2350. The funds <br />in this account were previously earmarked for a project that will not be going forward at <br />this time. City staff have committed to budgeting funds for the additional two years of <br />the agreement through the City's annual budget process. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />Approval of the agreement will have no environmental impacts. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council find that the public interest will not be served by <br />a formal proposal and approve the agreement for consultant services for the preservation <br />of historic landmarks. <br />Attachment: Agreement <br />REVIEW TEAM ONLY <br />City Attorney:�..
