LAURIN <br />Director <br />RE: FISCAL YEARS (FY) 2003-05 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br />(CDBG) PARTICIPATION <br />Dear Mr. Soto: <br />Enclosed is the amendment to the Cooperation Agreement for Community Development Block Grant <br />funds for FY 2003-05. This amendment revised Section #2 by adding "or withdrawn" on line seven <br />and deletes Section #6 in its entirety. This amendment to the Cooperation Agreement was requested <br />by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in order to comply with (Section <br />V — Cooperation Agreements) of HUD Community Planning and Development Notice 02-05. <br />Please schedule the amendment for City Council review and approval at the earliest meeting date.
