MOTION SECOND ORDINANCE: First Readings: (2) Waive Full Reading and Pass First Reading of an Ordinance to Amend Chapter 5.44 of the Colton Municipal Code Regarding Special Events, ORDINANCE NO. 0-17-02. (3) Waive Full Reading and Pass First Reading of an Ordinance to Amend Chapter 10.16 of the Colton Municipal Code Regarding Sound Vehicles, ORDINANCE NO. 0-18-02. (4) Waive Full Reading and Pass First Reading of an Ordinance to Add Chapter 18.48.110 to the Colton Municipal Code Regarding Temporary Outdoor Displays and Sales, ORDINANCE NO. 0-19-02. Second Reading: (5) Waive Full Reading and Pass Second Reading of an Ordinance to Amend Chapter 2.30 of the Colton Municipal Code to Allow the Appointment of Youth Commissioners to City Commissions and Authorize the Recreation and Parks Commission to begin Accepting Applications for Youth Commissioners, ORDINANCE NO. 0-16-02.
