(1) Pay for City departmental charges that the City may incur in connection with the <br />applicant's special event. For example, the applicant must reimburse the City for <br />the repair or replacement cost of damaged or destroyed City property. <br />(2) Provide the City with a security deposit for clean-up. <br />(3) Provide the City with liability and property damage insurance (except for those <br />events involving the exercise of free speech rights). <br />(4) Provide the City with a hold -harmless and indemnification agreement for any <br />claims arising out of or in connection with the special event. <br />ALTERNATIVES: <br />1. Adopt Ordinance No. 0-17-02 amending Chapter 5.44 of the Colton Municipal Code. <br />2.
