The fees and fee increases are necessary to enable the City to provide <br />the services to which they relate. <br />6. The fees and fee increases set forth in Exhibit "A" are hereby adopted, <br />approved and in effect as of the date of this Resolution as the official fees of the City of Colton <br />for the public services referenced in Exhibit "A". <br />7. This Resolution shall repeal Resolution No. R-129-94, as well as any <br />other resolution, to the extent that such resolution is in conflict with this Resolution. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this _ day of 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
