We have now received <br />the department report concerning your accident at the intersection of S4over and <br />Sycamore. The ditch you refer to, in your claim, was not created by the City of Colton, <br />nor did the City have notice of it prior to your accident. Therefore the City of Colton has <br />no legal liability for your damages. <br />We have recommended denial of this claim and formal notice of the rejection will soon <br />be sent by the City.
