Item #14 <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF July 2, 2002 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council TZ <br />�4Y1- <br />FROM: Ron Kenny — Director of Parks, Recreation & Family Services <br />SUBJECT: Reservation Request for Fleming Park <br />Families to Amend California Three Strikes <br />DATE: June 25, 2002 <br />Rose Sandoval, representing a group called "Families to Amend California Three Strikes" has <br />submitted a facility reservation request for the use of Fleming Park on August 10, 2002. Their <br />listed intention for use is to present a candlelight vigil in favor of amending California <br />legislation. A copy of their facility use application, as well as a supplemental letter from the <br />organization has been provided. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />The estimated attendance for this event is approximately 100 people, including 75 adults, 15 <br />teens, and 10 children under 13 years of age.
