Colton Utility Authority <br />July 2, 2002 — Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion Completion <br />Page 2 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPA <br />All environmental concerns have been addressed for the rehabilitation and expansion at the Wastewater <br />Treatment Plant. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Colton Utility Authority accept the 4 MGD facility expansion, the restoration and <br />rehabilitation of Unit 2, and the replacement of Digester No. 3 cover as 100% Complete.
