The City Attorney will present the Maintenance and Abatement Agreement to the <br />City Council in closed session on June 4, 2002, for the City Council's approval. Subject to <br />the City Council's approval of the Maintenance and Abatement Agreement, the City <br />Manager will execute the agreement and the owners' appeal will be withdrawn by the terms <br />of the Maintenance and Abatement Agreement. <br />This report is for informational purposes only. If the City Council approves the <br />Maintenance and Abatement Agreement in closed session, such approval will be <br />announced in open session and the appeal will be taken off calendar.
