Amendment No. 1 SAR Construction Management Agreement <br />June 4, 2002 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Consistency with Redevelopment Implementation Plan <br />Section 3.4.5 of the Agency Implementation Plan states that the Agency is to construct public <br />improvements necessary to support private development by investing $2.4 million in projects which <br />were designated by the Citizens Advisory Committee. <br />Recommendation <br />Approve Agency Resolution No. 801 and City Council Resolution approving Amendment No. 1 to <br />the Santa Ana River Public Works Projects Funding and Construction Management Agreement by <br />and between the City of Colton and the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton and authorize <br />the Executive Director/City Manager to relieve the existing fiscal agent and to execute an Escrow <br />Agreement with Union Bank to serve as the fiscal agent substantive in form and content to that <br />attached hereto and any other related documents necessary to effectuate this Amendment No. 1. <br />Attachments <br />Attachment "A" — Santa Ana River Construction Management Agreement <br />Attachment "B" — Amendment No. 1 to Santa Ana River Construction Management Agreement <br />Attachment 'C" —Agency Resolution No. 801 <br />Attachment "D" — City Council Resolution <br />REVIEW TEAM ONLY <br />City Attorney: ;7 1 t Finance Director: <br />City Manager/Executive Director:.
