CITY MANAGER <br />FROM: AMER JAKHER, CITY ENGINEER 4T <br />SUBJECT: FINAL APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF PARCEL MAP <br />15773 FOR RECORDATION — ADDINGTON (ENGINEER) <br />DATE: February 20, 2002 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Parcel Map No. 15773 is a re -mapping of lot 50 of Tract 15135 into 2 -parcel subdivision. The <br />project site is located southeasterly of Colton Avenue and fronts Harber Drive, Illinois Avenue, <br />and Orangewood Street. This is an approximately 4 -acre site, being developed by Richard <br />Fallon and Richard Hom. <br />The Parcel Map has been reviewed for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and local <br />ordinances. All applied conditions have been addressed and meets the City requirements. <br />Staff recommends and has conditioned as part of the project to have the Developer dedicate <br />the right — of — way necessary for Harber Drive, as shown by Parcel Map 15773. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT <br />None. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />Sheet 1 of 2 <br />
