The part-time Senior Office Specialist position was created in December of 2001 therefore the two (2) part- <br />time positions of Office Specialist must be adjusted accordingly. <br />Part -Time Employees <br />March 13, 2002 <br />Page 2 <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />The increases will be provided for in the current fiscal year's 01/02 budget: allocation for the increase is <br />from account 206-7200-7202-1040 which represents State Latch Key funds and 206-7200-7204-1040 which <br />represents Prop 10 and does not come from the General Fund. <br />General Fund accounts are provided for in the current fiscal year's 01/02 budget. Allocation for the increase <br />is from account 100-6250-6250-1040 Library salaries - part time; account 100-6200-6202-1040 and 100- <br />6200-6203-1040, PR&FS salaries — part-time, and account 100-6150-6151-1040, Engineering salaries — <br />part-time. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve the attached consolidated part-time salary resolution, <br />retroactive to the first pay period in January 2002.
