BID INSTRUCTION <br />1. PREPARTION OF BIDS: <br />A. All information requested shall be entered in the appropriate <br />space on the form. Failure to do so may disqualify your offer. <br />B. All information shall be entered in ink or typewritten. Mistakes <br />may be crossed out and corrections inserted before submission of your <br />bid. Corrections shall be initialed in ink by the person signing the <br />bid. Corrections and modifications after closing time specified will <br />not be accepted. <br />C. Unit prices, sales tax and total amount will be listed. <br />D. Bids must be received at the designated address on or before the <br />date and time specified. Bids received thereafter shall be returned <br />unopened. No telephone, telegraphic, facsimile, or bids postmarked <br />prior to but received later than opening time indicated herein will <br />considered. <br />E. Submit bids in sealed envelope. Bids may be hand delivered to <br />Purchasing at 160 S. loth St., Colton, California.
