EXHIBIT "A" <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION <br />FOR <br />TWO (2) 2002 THREE QUARTER TON HEAVY DUTY PICK-UPS <br />WITH UTILITY BODY <br />GENERAL: All specifications, as listed, are intended to be minimum requirements as to all components. <br />They likewise are not intended to be priority and you should consider the term "or equal" in all areas. The <br />bidder shall submit complete factory specifications covering each piece of equipment he proposes to <br />famish. <br />PRICE: F.O.B. Colton, delivered. Price to include all discounts and state tax, no federal excise tax. If <br />applicable, the City of Colton will furnish necessary exceptions certificates for federal excise tax. A Weight <br />Certificate will be required for registration of this vehicle. This should be considered in the bid a certificate <br />provided on delivery of the vehicle. <br />LOW -EMISSIONS REQUIREMENT: This vehicle must meet the South Coast Air Quality Management <br />Districts Rule 1191.
